Add Binding + Views

Within your Silverlight Application:
  1. Create a Views (or Pages) directory (this may already exist in your application
  2. Bind your View Model by adding it as a reference
    1. This can be done in the App.xaml's resources (or separate Resource Dictionary) for globally-available ViewModels
    2. This can be done in the View (or Page) Resources for ViewModels that should only be available when this page is active
    3. Add the xmlns (I recommend vm for short) to add the namespace where your ViewModels are located
  3. Set the View's DataContext to point to the ViewModel Reference as a Static Reference
